I had to cancel my order and expected the refund to be a whole thing, because that’s usually how these online stores seem to operate. But kbauthority.com actually handled it quickly. I emailed them, got a clear response, and the money was back on my card a few days later. Not the most exciting experience, but in this case boring was exactly what I wanted. I’d be fine ordering from them again.

"Wrong finish showed up, but they fixed it fast"
My bathroom faucet order showed up in the wrong finish, which was annoying. Like, I ordered one finish and got another, so yeah, that was frustrating. I emailed kbauthority about it, and to their credit, they got back to me the next day. They sent me a return label and shipped out the correct one without turning it into a whole big headache. I was definitely irritated at first because the wrong finish is the wrong finish, but they handled it well. Stuff happens, I guess. I’d still order from them again...

My order showed up packed securely, and luckily nothing inside was damaged. The outer box had a few dents, which made me worry at first, so I had to spend extra time checking everything over. The packaging was also a little messy, which was annoying to deal with, but overall it did the job.

The tracking also didn’t update very often, which was kinda frustrating while I was waiting. The product itself was fine once it arrived, but I do wish the delivery process had been a bit faster.

My order did show up in the end, so that was fine, but the tracking updates were slow and kind of vague. I had to keep checking back, which gets old when you just want to know where your package is. Overall it was okay, just not a great experience

I ended up ordering the faucet I wanted from kbauthority.com because, i was too tired to keep comparing sites forever. Their price was lower than a few other places I checked, so I figured I’d give it a shot. Shipping was quicker than I expected, and everything showed up packed just fine.

For what I paid, I’m happy with it. I don’t really have anything dramatic to add, and maybe I’m just easy to please, but I got the exact faucet I ordered and saved some money. I’d use them again.

I had a warranty issue with my faucet and, KBAuthority.com made it easy to get sorted out. There wasn’t a ton of back and forth, which I appreciated. They got back to me fairly quickly and basically just told me what info to send over. In the end, everything worked out fine, so yeah, I’m happy with the support.
